With a long history of offering authentic and rugged firearms, we take immense pleasure in introducing Vityaz configuration short barrel rifle KR 9 SBR. Made with superior technology and state-of-the-art innovation in America, this rifle is created on the operating principle of the Vityaz-SN submachine gun. The Vityaz technology is renowned for its use by the Russian special forces and Police. With a small 9.25” barrel, this rifle qualifies for an SBR gun. It is a semi-automatic AK-style rifle that takes over from the authentic and durable design of Mikhail Kalashnikov.
The KR 9 SBR rifle is a perfect firearm in any circumstance considering its compact size and smooth handling. It comes with a skeletonized Vityaz triangle metal side-folding buttstock. The curved end of the buttstock provides comfort when resting on your chest. The rifle accepts 30 round and 10 round magazines (detachable) from Kalashnikov USA.

If you do plan on purchasing the KR-9 SBR, you as a the user must do the following:
– Fill out an ATF Form 1 to make and register a firearm. — https://www.atf.gov/file/11281/downloadUnder the NFA there are licensed manufacturers and “makers” of firearms. An individual is a Maker. The Maker that files a Form 1 to make an NFA firearm has the same marking requirements as a manufacturer. Those marking requirements are as follows:
Title 27 CFR § 479.102- Serial Number Must be located on frame or receiver / Cannot duplicate
- Name of Manufacturer
- City and State of Manufacturer (or recognized abbreviation) (may be on the slide receiver or barrel).
- Model
- Caliber or Gauge
- Name of Importer, City, and State
- Country of Origin
Most SBRs or SBSs are made from standard rifles and shotguns. You as a maker can accept all of the pertinent information such as model and serial number from the original manufacturer. However, as the maker, same as a manufacturer, you must mark your name or the name of the trust that is making the NFA firearm. Finally, the and city and state listed on your Form 1 must also be marked on the firearm.
Once you get your tax stamp for now KR-9 SBR, you are then legally allowed to use it with the stock attached. Please be sure to comply with all local, state, and federal laws.
