Our AK pattern firearms are made from the highest quality steel and properly heat treated where needed. Raw materials and components undergo rigorous inspection before being sent to the assembly line. Our firearms are built by skilled workers with constant quality control checks from start to finish. Our production process incorporates innovative and proprietary methods that have dramatically improved the quality of the guns we produce. We focus on the smallest details to ensure that the finished firearm will deliver a lifetime of service and satisfaction.
With decades of use in combat and over 100 million AK firearms in worldwide service, the AK design has proven itself to be extremely reliable in every environment imaginable. It uses only a small number of steel parts, can be easily disassembled and requires minimal maintenance. Lessons learned from its long service life have resulted in continuous improvements that have made it even more dependable, accurate and effective.
Kalashnikov USA firearms are manufactured in Florida by American workers using American parts. Most of our employees have been with us for years and have become subject matter experts when it comes to building and inspecting AK firearms. They know exactly how parts should feel and function when assembled. They are the first—and best—part of our quality control process.
We shot the 103 more today. Jason agrees, if this is the quality of the production rifles it just became the gold standard of AK’s in the us, no one else is even close. PSA will always have a market, and their guns are decent for the price, but your 103 is a freaking Cadillac. I always knew Americans could build a better AK than the Russians and you’ve done it. I want several more of these rifles when they’re done. Jason, my cameraman wants to buy one and I want to buy one for modifications while keeping this one un-modded.
